With my experience as a Real Estate investor for over 30 years, I have been on the buying side and the selling side many times. I have in-depth experience as a negotiator and am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

I purchased my first two investment properties in New Brunswick, New Jersey at age 28 and over the last 15 years have purchased and sold numerous properties in Waldorf, Indian Head, Nanjemoy and throughout Southern Maryland.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I had a successful career as a Fortune 500 sales agent then sales manager with Commerce Clearing House. After leaving CCH - returning to my entrepreneurial roots - I owned and operated a wholesale greenhouse business, a QuickBooks consulting firm and worked as a Business Analyst with the Small Business Development Center at the College of Southern Maryland. Volunteer worked has included mostly work in the Arts in Charles County, being a founding Board Member and Executive Director of the Indian Head Center for the Arts. A growing interest in local real estate investing motivated me to begin investing again in 1996 and then to begin my career as a real estate agent with EXIT Landmark Realty in 2009.
One of the reasons for my success as a business owner is that I possess a level of drive, honesty and integrity that surpasses most. This quality is also the reason people turn to me for help with buying or selling their homes. I take the pressure out of the real estate process by carefully listening to your needs, advocating on your behalf and getting the results that you desire.

I have lived in Boston, Seattle, Florida, Tennessee, New Jersey and Newfoundland, Canada. Can you guess that I grew up a Navy “brat”? I now live in Nanjemoy with my husband, Norman and we enjoy cooking, organic gardening, and plying the waters of the Nanjemoy Creek with camera in hand.
