Two ways to “tour” a home in April 2020

Don't sit on the sidelines.  If you are ready, willing and able, you CAN buy a home right now. I am shifting to techniques I have used for military relocation buyers for years.

These concierge services are available to my buyer clients only.  To find out how to become a buyer client, see my step-by-step guide to becoming a client so you can tour homes using the 2 virtual methods below. Under the latest guidance from the State of Maryland, some functions of real estate are now considered essential business, including home showings, however buyers may not tour homes without violating the stay-at-home order.  As such, I now visit properties to conduct video chat tours and record videos to show properties virtually to my buyer clients.

Walkthrough Videos
I will take a video tour of the home, helping you to understand the space more than you can from listing photos or online videos alone.

I’ll show you the street, the outside of the home - show you what it looks like in the home, open the closets - really get up close and personal. Then I’ll send you a link - not to be shared with friends - just for your viewing

Video Chat Tours
I will connect with you on video chat via Facebook or google hangouts. An advantage of this over a recorded tour is that you can ask me to show you things right then and there: Turn right.  Let me see that closet again. Can you turn on the faucet? Please stand in the living room and look toward the kitchen. You choose the time, just like a regular viewing appointment.

If you’re requesting a video chat tour, remember that I will need to schedule with the seller and on my calendar, especially if it’s far away.

The video tour can be done anytime and you can look at it when you like, but the video chat may yield more insight.  Let me know which you prefer.
